Camera not showing active view when taking picture

Hi ,

I have HTC one which I have been using for the last one month, this morning I wanted to take a snap and discovered the camera won't show active site, like when I move the phone, the view is not capturing the real sight, it keeps locked on the first view before I moved the phone, the shutter is working fine when I press the capture icon, what could be the problem? Settings are okay, How can I get it working okay?

Camera not showing active view when taking picture

Although the HTC give better images and capture good videos but unfortunately the technology used in this camera has several issues and few of them are very serious. By going through your problem it seems that your camera is not loading properly.  This may be due to memory problems…. or this may be for some unknown reason. What you can try is that you may simply clear the data or cache of the application. If clearing the cache doesn't fix the problem then you force close the camera application then reboot your smart phone. 

And if this doesn’t work then the problem may be related to the hardware. You may either make a replacement of this device or call for a technician from HTC for support.
