Hi, I am facing an issue with Outlook 2007. I can able to receive emails but, I can’t able to send emails? Can anyone help me to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
How to sort “Sending error in outlook 2007.”
Hi, this error can occur if connecting with a different ISP from the usual one. This error can be resolved by the following steps:-
- First, click on tools and proceed to account settings from the account option.
- Choose the email account and go to the “Change” option.
- Now, go to the “More settings” option present on the page.
- Simultaneously, on anther tab check “My outgoing server(SMTP) authentication” is on.
- Press on “Advanced” on the right-hand side tab.
- Now, using an encrypted connection, enter 587 and remove 25. Then, press “OK” and click the next button.
- Now try to send the previous mails once again.
- If still, the error occurs, it can be due to “large message stuck”.
