I do not know what to do anymore. I purchased an APTV and I was unable to view any channels on sling and it throws the following error sling error 10 402. At the same time, I can use Sling on other devices without any problems. Is there any way to solve this?

First of all, this issue is not at all uncommon. A lot of users face this issue. Another problem is that many users complain that the Sling customer support is useless, to say the least. There is no official solution as off now but an update is expected.

Meanwhile, you can try the following. Check if you are connected to the maximum number of devices already. To do this, disconnect one of your devices on which it is working correctly. Now connect your TV. If it starts working, then the problem is that you were already connected to the maximum possible number of devices. Secondly, you can try and reset your DNS configuration or change your DNS. This has also worked for some users. For a solution that will work for all, I am afraid you have no other option but to wait for an official update from Sling.
