Hello the solution of your problem is very simple. Just go along the steps which follow.
- Launch the Server Manager on your PC.
- Choose Add Roles option from the right-hand menu, Manage.
- Pick the option, Installation which has the name, role of functionality, then, click on the next button.
- Click on Hyper-V from the select roles option.
- Follow the instructions which are on screen.
Another way to enable it is by using PowerShell
Just open PowerShell as an Administrator and type
enable-Windows Optional Feature -Online -Feature Name Microsoft-Hyper-V -All
