Here are some steps to outlook,

  1. Firstly, sign in to outlook.com.
  2. Click file.
  3. Open > export/import.
  4. Choose which file you want to import then go to next button.
  5. Choose Outlook data file > next.
  6. Choose all the folder then next.
  7. Give the location of the file which place you want to save > .pst file > finish.
