You can proceed with the steps given below to create a good custom made a signature to be sent at the bottom of all Outlook emails.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

2. Go to the ‘Home’ tab.

3. In the tab, you can find an email settings section.

4. Locate the signature input field in the section.

5. Click on the ‘New’ button.

6. Enter your signature. You can also format it as you want.

7. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
