You can get the 80004004 error if the Live server is down.

Method 1

Check the live status at here
If the server is down, you cannot do anything.

Method 2

Since you are using the cloud, that can create a problem with Xbox 360. You need to have the game in your local storage.
a. Go to Settings -> System -> Storage.
b. Select Cloud storage.
c. Select the category.
d. Select your game.
e. Select copy/ move as you wish.
f. Select the storage device that you want to copy the game.
g. Finish the procedure.
h. Run the game.

Method 3

a. Turn off your console and your modem/ router.
b. Start your modem/ router after two minutes.
c. Start your console after two minutes.
d. Press the Guide button.
e. Go to Settings.
f. Open System Settings.
g. Open Network Settings.
h. Select your Network.
i. Click on Test Xbox Live connection.
j. If you get a prompt to update your console, click on Yes.
