To secure your FTPS server you need to generate a TLS or SSL certificate. You will be warned for a certificate from the certificate authority with a self-signed certificate when you are connecting to FTP server. So to generate the self-signed certificate go to IIS manager, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Server Certificates then click on Create Self-Signed Certificate action which displayed under Actions tab on the right-hand side. Specify a name to Server Certificate you like to give (Example: server) and submit by click on OK. Click here if you need any additional steps to install the FTP server.
