I bought an HP printer and connected it with my Windows 10 laptop, but I cannot scan anything. I get a 0x0000015 error. Here is a snapshot of the error. Reinstalling the printer was of no use. Please, help me.

How To Fix 0x0000015 Error In Windows 10?

Follow these methods to fix 0x0000015 error in Windows 10

Method 1 

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type services.msc.
c. Hit enter.
d. At the bottom left of the screen, click on Standard.
e. Search for Shell HW Detect.
f. Right-click -> Start.
g. Change the startup type to Automatic.
h. Search for Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).
i. Repeat steps ‘f’ and ‘g.’

Method 2 

a. Right-click on This PC.
b. Open Manage.
c. Go to Device Manager.
d. Search for Network Adapters.
e. Please right-click on the driver and update it.
