I have a large jpeg file which I want to reduce the size. It is possible to this using paint. Kindly provide the steps to compress a jpeg file using paint.

How To Compress A Jpeg File Using Paint?

  • Open start menu type paint in the search box and presenter.
  • In the ms- paint, click on file then hit on open to browse the image you want to compress.
  • Select the picture and click on resize.
  • Change the horizontal and vertical pixel according to your choice.
  • Confirm your changes after clicking on OK. This will not crop your picture but only reduce its size.
