Hi. I have recently started using Gmail. I already have an account on Outlook which is why I was thinking to sync both my accounts so that the contacts can be moved from Outlook to Gmail. How to sync Outlook contacts to Gmail? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
How To Sync Outlook Contacts To Gmail Using Some Simple Steps
Hi. To learn how to sync Outlook contacts to Gmail, first, open MS-Outlook from the start menu. Next, click on import and export option. Export a file and click on next. Click on the comma separated value and click on next. Select the contacts to be exported and click on next. On the computer, pick a location wherever you want to save the file. Give a name to the exported file and then click on OK. Click next.
Then, add fields and remove them and determine the way in which the contact information is saved in the imported file and then map the custom fields. Then click on finish. Log in to the Gmail account and click on contacts. Click on import and browse the contacts from import contacts option. Select the exported file, click on open and then import the contacts.
