Issue about outlook scanned documents

Scanned Documents take a long time to reach my email inbox. please assist me this issue. After scanning a document on different Xerox printer it generally takes up to 2 hours for the scanned documents to reach my email in the box. This problem stared after the upgrade to Outlook. It often takes thirty to forty minutes to reach my email in the box.

Hi,

This is not a problem in real issue. Outlook normally takes some time to scan a document. It works slowly because it kept a lot or resources. Outlook has this kind of nature. I faced same problem. I solved it by increasing my RAM. You also can try with this if possible. Though there are other possibilities.

Other option is stop antivirus if it is running. It will keep this process fast. And also try to use small email database. If you use large database then it will take more time to scan. So try to make your database small. Also stop all running process about internet security.
