How SolidWorks convert line to splines

Hi All,

I need to know in detail about how SolidWorks convert line to splines, Please do the needful, If you can get any tutorial in that regard, It will also help me, Waiting for a reply.

How SolidWorks convert line to splines

Line may be converted into a curve / spline and this function can treat only one entity at a time.

Proceed as follows:

Open > Convert Line to Spline

Click > Geometrical Manipulations > Geo Manipulations with Curves > Convert Line to Spline

OR

Menu > Modify Curves > Edit > Convert Line to Spline

Select the Line to be converted.

Define Control points of the Spline, as many inputs as required.

Press Esc to end defining of control points and OK.

Another option that SolidWorks provides to convert lines and curves to a spline is Fit Spline option.
