I've been using HiJackThis to virtually remove any browser hijackes and spywares. However, sometimes this software mistakenly detects a software a hijacker or a spyware and I have accidentally deleted it myself. How can I restore the files I accidentally deleted and is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

To start recovering files go to System Restore… Start -> programs -> accessories -> System tools -> SystemÂ

restore.
In the right side of the panel select the option ' Restore my computer to an earlier time'.
then click Next. In the next window you will see a calendar and restore points next to it.
Select the appropriate date and select a restore point. And then click next. In confirmation window click NextÂ

again. Then your system will automatically restart and will begin restoration.
