I have a 32GB flash drive that I want to partition so that I can store sensitive files onto a smaller partition and lock it. is this possible? How would I partition the drive so that I can achieve a smaller partition of 4 GB for my personal files and encrypt this portion only?

To resolve this you first need to download Lexar BootIt software. Now keep a backup of your data on a flash drive. Open bootIt software, Click on 'Flip Removable Bit'. It will act like a removable hard disk. Now simply partition this using windows partition application. (Control Panel >> Administrative Tool >>  Disk Management).

You can download the aforesaid software from the following link.
