How to make a good paragraph?

When I was writing a good paragraph i face many problem. Such as I am unable to copy a line, not cut a line and my pc were hang. I am unable find out the problem.

Hi,

When your PC is encountering such problems, like PC hang up, you must check your PC Hard disk drives, maybe your PC is full of files and software that makes your PC works slowly, delete or uninstall unnecessary files to lessen and to add disk space. Restart your computer and start opening your Microsoft Word to write a good paragraph. To simply copy a line use a short cut key Ctrl + C and to cut a line hold Ctrl + X.

How to make a good paragraph?

There is no any connection between writing a paragraph and your computer hangs up issue. This kind of issues occurs most of the time because of virus infections. If you have a virus guard installed, Then update it and do a full hard drive scan. There is no use of installing a virus guard after your computer is infected. Most of the viruses are intelligent enough to attack the virus guard on its installation process.

After the scan if the problem still persists the only solution you’ve got is to format the machine and remember you don’t need to format the whole computer just format the system drive (C drive in most occasions) because virus processes run within the system drive and they attack system files.

How to make a good paragraph?

If that problem happens when you are composing something on Microsoft Office Word or other word processing software, first thing to do is try to reinstall the program. The problem can be caused by some corrupt files. If you have the entire Microsoft Office suite installed on your computer, uninstall only Microsoft Office Word. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, and then “Add or Remove Programs”.

Look for the Microsoft Office suite, select it then click “Change”.

On the next screen, make sure “Add or Remove Features” is selected then click “Continue”. Next, click the dropdown list for Microsoft Office Word then select “Not Available”. This will remove Microsoft Office Word from your computer. After that, click “Continue” to remove Microsoft Office Word.

Next, restart your computer. After booting, go to CCleaner Free Download and download CCleaner. Once downloaded, run the installer to install CCleaner. Once installed, launch CCleaner and clean your system. After that, go back to the installation screen of Microsoft Office in the Control Panel then click the dropdown list again for Office Word and select “Run all from My Computer”.

This will install Microsoft Office Word back. See if this works. If you want to register CCleaner, download CCleaner Registration Codes and follow the instructions.
