I believe I will be able to help you find a solution to the problem you face here.

Creating a Windows XP bootable ISO file is quite simple and I hope you will be able understand from my instructions;

Create a folder known as OS on your hard drive.

Create two sub-folders known as ROOT under this.

Copy the entire Windows contents either from the CD or your source of data to the folder ROOT.

Look for the software WinISO which is best and most convenient for this file conversion. You can download it from the website; http://www.winiso.com/download.html

Start WinISO. Select File > Open from the menu.

Select File > Properties.

Under 'Properties tab click on the style you want it to convert.

Select the file you would want to convert to an ISO from the sources. Click then on File-Save from the menu. It will show the ISO file to be saved.
