I am using a Blackberry 8830 world edition set and it has GPS facility but I can't use it properly. Sometimes it says, server busy or sometimes it says, out of the network even when I am on the network.

Well I would say that is a brilliant handset for GPS Navigation, as I saw one of my friend was using it perfectly last month. The response was pretty good. All you have to check is, the settings for GPS.

Just go to Options ; in that select Advanced Options ; select GPS and set the default location to, Always on. And that's it ! You're done.

One more important thing is, if you are using Verizon, then you won't be able to use GPS as they have blocked it. You can only use it through VZNAV also known as Verizon Navigator and for this service you'll have to bear $10 extra every month.

You are using BlackBerry and you want to use GPS facility. For that we will have to have a good network connection that supports Internet to your BlackBerry. First, find out if there is any problem in your Internet connection. Because this facility requires good Internet connection.
