How to edit little amber model pictures?

Hi Experts,

I am having windows vista on my desktop. I need to edit little amber model pictures. I tried windows photo editor. But could not achieve the requested quality. Can anyone suggest me high quality picture editor for me.

How to edit little amber model pictures?

If you are looking for a program to edit and render good effects on your model pictures, try using Adobe Photoshop 7. It is indeed quite old but still very effective and it is still the same version I am presently using since I don’t need any extra effects on pictures. Adobe Photoshop 7 supports Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. If you wish to download this version, you may visit Adobe Photoshop.

But if you want a much newer version or maybe the latest version of Photoshop, you may visit Adobe – Adobe Photoshop family.
