Unfortunately the Steam Para application that is available is the one that runs on the 32 bit platform, and therefore I suggest the following workaround:

If it is possible that you can do a dual boot on your computer, I will highly suggest that so that you can install the windows 2 bit and then install Steam Para on it.

But if you think that you do not have much to lose if you uninstall Windows 7 64 but that you already have, you can uninstall it, and then reinstall Windows 7 32 bit.
Otherwise, you can just try installing the Steam Para 32 bit application on Windows 7 64 bit and see how that will work, for there have been users who gave reported in some forums that they were able to work that way.
