You can look it online without really much effort and it is free, but for now you can follow the instructions here:

  1. Samsung wave watchdog must not install on the SD card (it should run as a service)
  2. You better not use version 0.30.0, better to Upgrade to version 0.30.1 or newer

If you try to find “watchdog pro”, you won’t find any free version, for this version you need to pay.

On Google Play, there is an app called 3G Watchdog – Data Usage that allows you to track your Wi-Fi and mobile internet data usage. But since your Samsung Wave is not an Android phone, I don’t think you can install this application. The Samsung Wave Smartphone runs on Bada operating system and I’m not sure if there is a version of this app for Bada phones.

Anyway, with 3G Watchdog, you can have the following features:

  • Count or track your Wi-Fi and mobile usage (GPRS, Edge, 3G, and 4G) and display it as a graph, text, and table.
  • Track mobile and Wi-Fi usage by application (requires Android 2.2 Froyo and higher).
  • Display your current usage status as a notification icon in the status bar (green/orange/red).
  • You can export and import your plan and day usage history on CSV file.
  • You can set alerts and optional auto-disable for your mobile network.
  • You can use widgets: data usage widget (two sizes) and mobile network disable/enable widget (requires Android 2.3 Gingerbread up to Android 4.4 KitKat).
  • Show real-time traffic graphs for mobile and Wi-Fi.
  • Supports over 20 languages.

As a note: it is not recommended to install 3G Watchdog on SD card.
