How does Smart bluetooth work with other devices?

I have a 64 GB Samsung SIII that has Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, Mali-400MP GPU, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP.  It can't discover other devices that have v4.0 Bluetooth.  How does Smart Bluetooth work with other v4.0 Bluetooth devices?

How does Smart bluetooth work with other devices?

Hi there

According to android when you send files via Bluetooth or try to pair with another android device you need to consider some major things such as

1st Make sure the Bluetooth of other device is on.

2nd Make sure you have turn on the visible to others

3rd If you are sure about the above two try connecting your phone from another, because there may be some problems with Bluetooth in your mobile
