This is actually a quite easier than you think. I know what you are thinking, why is this guy so cocky, who is he to tell me what to do.
Well I’m not that guy; I’m just trying to help you.
The best way to import data to Excel is next: When you open Excel 2007, you will have a ribbon called Data. Click on it.
There you’ll have something called Get external data – From text. Click on it, find your word document, click on it, choose import, next and finish, and that’s it!
Now you have your Word in Excel file!

How does anybody export a Microsoft word file to Microsoft excel?
Open a new excel sheet and follow the steps:

Go to Data tab and select get external data.

In external data go to From text option.

Import text file window will pop up. In this window select all files from the drop down list present in the lower right corner, adjacent to the file name drop down list.

Select the file you want to import.

Text import wizard will pop up. Select delimited option in it and enter next.

Select tab delimiter or any other delimiter which you have not used in your text file and enter next.

Import data window will pop up, in this window select ok and enter.
