How do you transfer pictures from iPod Touch 4g to computer?

I have an iPod Touch 4 generation, with the camera, and I want to move the pictures from it to my computer. When I go to iTunes and click on my iPod and then the photos tab, I only get an option to transfer folders from my computer to my iPod touch, not from my iPod to my computer. Is there anyway I can do this?

Make sure you plug in your iPod to your computer with the sync cable and iPod is not locked. Go to My Computer, open your iPod (click on the name of your iPod) and you will see your photos or videos. If this seems not working, you just need 3 hero soft iPhone to Computer Transfer program that offers a flexible way to transfer music, videos, photos, etc.

You can free download it.

I had the same problem and this is the only solution I could come up with: go to your photo album, then click on an image you want to transfer, at the bottom right of the screen there should be a button that is a box with an arrow coming out of it, click that and on the menu that comes up hit email photo, then email the photo to yourself and retrieve it from your email on your PC.
