I have a Compaq C302 laptop that has Intel Centrino, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD and Windows XP 64 bit. I would like to have a personalized warning voice when battery is low. How can I personalize low battery warning voice wav windows?
How do I personalize low battery warning voice wav windows?
Hey there.
This should work Go to Control Panel folder and there click on Sounds and Audio Devices file. When it's opened click on the Sounds Tab as in the photo below.
Here, you will see the Critical Battery Alarm positioned near the top of the list of Windows sounds tab. Click on test to hear it. By clicking on the Browse button you can change it to something better. So, click on the Browse button and find a WAV file you will recognize. You can also make your own WAV clip for the same thing.
