I'm trying to install an APF fax printer free software on a Windows XP 64 bit system and Windows Server 2008 but I'm having an error of "Not Supported". What does this mean? Any feedback on this would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Probably you downloaded wrong version of your driver. Go to this site: http://www.snappysoftware.com/download.htm and download drivers which matches your version of operating system. After you downloaded driver unplug printer from computer, install driver using setup file, then shut down your computer, plug in printer, turn on computer and all installation will be completed automatically. For the proper installation you have to follow some steps so that you could not face any problem during installation.
Method 2: You can update your driver on the Microsoft Windows Update Website. Perform the Windows Update and follow the instructions on the Website.
You can also search for Windows Quality Hardware Labs on the Printer manufacture's website for the signed driver and contact the person.
