Your answer does not mention which version of Windows you’re using. If it’s the home version, I am sorry but remote desktop has not been made available for this version. You need to upgrade to either the business version or the professional one. Assuming you have done that, the next step is to turn remote desktop on, as it’s disabled by default in windows. To turn it on, go to the start button and open control panel.
After that, find the icon saying “system and preferences”. Click on it. In it, you will see the option of “allow” under remote access for computers. Click on that. Now, your colleagues will have remote access to your computer.
