I am implementing the no saving of any files to any drive letter except to the folder that I allocated for each users. The problem is when setting the group policy to no saving to all drive, user can’t open the folders that I have allocated to each users. Then a set the security tab to permitted users to ready only all drive, the users can still save files to any drive.
How can I attain the no saving of any files to any drive letter except to the folder that I allocated for each users?

How to disable writing on all drives
you can use application like deepfreeze, it may render you can put anything at the device but every you restart the computer, the files on protected by deepfreeze application will removed (any new files after locking), it protected with password.
so basically you use 2 partition at one harddrive and block the first partition to protect the system from inserting any files then you make another partition as file box that used for saving files.
