How to create outlook PST sync on two PCs

Hi all techyv users,

Anyone please help? I am facing some of the problem. I am using Windows 7 operating system, I don't know how to create outlook PST sync on two PCs. A step by step process will really be appreciated if anyone can point it out to me. Thanks.

How to create outlook PST sync on two PCs

 

Hi William,

While syncing outlook PST file from two computers is a great idea this process could not be done yet in outlook. PST files are locked once it’s already opened from one outlook application. You may re-launch outlook to give an opportunity to another computer but you are putting your file at risk. If you are willing to take this risk then all you may save the PST file in a location where both your computers can access the file. Once the file is created all you need to do from the other outlook program is:

1. Go to File.
2. Click Open go to  “Outlook Data File”
3. Search the PST file that you created.

Note: the PST file should not be used by any computer when you do this. Hope this helps!
