Don’t worry about it I have an idea about the solution of your problem. First of all please check that your Gmail account has configured to allow for access via outlook.

Login to your account navigate to the main access. Then click on the settings link and it will show the settings screen. Click and looked at the top to the Forwarding and POP and make sure that it is enabled now. Feel free to save the changes.

For configuring the Gmail account, in the Outlook Email Menu Accounts press Ctrl+Shift+M and select mode Tools > Account settings. Create a new account by clicking on this icon, use default setting at the top and press next. Check the box Manually configure settings.

Select the options for the pop and IMAP. Use for the incoming and sntp. Gmail for outgoing. Click the outgoing and check my outgoing server requires authentication and move to the advanced tab. Recheck all above steps and press ok.
