I have to two PC, which is connected to the router via Ethernet cables. It is a PS3 (wireless connection). The problem is the network goes down whenever I restart my PS3 and I have to wait 1-3 minute for it to respond again.
The following steps will be used for configuring the Linksys
Firstly Connect the Ethernet cable to router, and other end to the uplink port on the wireless Linksys router. Then switch on the computer with wireless device.
Then click on internet browser and enter “192.168.1.1” into the address bar this shows you wireless router setting then enter authentication detail by adding username and password to the opened window. If account is not created then leave the username empty and login as “admin” into the password.
Then select the DHCP tab and disable their services so that network routers can conflicts with each other.
Then open the command prompt in window and note their IP address by command IPCONFIG on the command prompt.
Then open the LAN setting options set the correct IP address of the router.
E.g:174.172.25.24, 174.172.25.23, 174.172.25.22
