I just had my Norton key license expired and it is in the older version. Can anyone advise on how to change Norton 360 key again in the new version released?
I’m not sure if you are qualified to have a free upgrade to the new version of Norton 360 after your present version has expired. If you want to upgrade to the new version of Norton 360, you should check first with your present subscription if the latest version of the application is still covered by it.
And if not, what usually happens is that you need to buy the new version to have a new set of subscription period and this usually runs from 1 to 2 years starting from the day you bought it. If you are quite confused about it, kindly send a message to Symantec and inquire about the coverage of your present subscription.
