How can my share files in an internet be protected.

Can anyone help me to protect my documents which is shared in internet ?

How can my share files in an internet be protected.

Hi Mr. Robin,

Please follow the below instructions in order to protect your documents which is shared in internet.

1. Please right click on the folder or documents which you have shared with.

2. Go to the properties and click on it.

3. Click on the sharing tab.

4. Click on Advance sharing tab.

5. Please select the check box of  Share this folder.

6. Click on permissions.

7. Only select the read check box under 'permissions for everyone' allow tab.

8. Select Apply-OK.

9. Select Apply-OK.

10. Close the folder tab.
