Hi Jay E Eckert,

You are not the only one with this problem. Setpoint.exe is a process ruined by the Logitech SetPoint Event Manager.

If you consider this process harmful you can disable it in Task Manager or you can try to uninstall Logitech SetPoint Event Manager.

Then you should restart your computer and that should help you with this problem.

Having these problems mean that something is going wrong with your operating system files. In my opinion you should download the Setpoint.exe Repair tool. You can go to the helpcomp.com for example or at any other site you can find the program and install it. Than you have to open the tool and use the 'Scan'. Click the 'Fix All' to solve your problem.
