How can I solve, appearing of blue screen problem?

Recently I have faced a problem in my pc. My pc often restarts automatically and after restarting the pc, often a blue screen appears and in the bottom of the screen there shows -*** STOP: OX000000ED. In that situation what can I do to solve the problem?

How can I solve, appearing of blue screen problem?

The problem when you are facing a blue screen is hard to identify, however, there is a step-by-step way to solve this:

– You can start by reinstalling the Operating System of you computer.

– If its unsuccessful, try removing the RAM and then erase the part where you connect it to its slot (see image below)

 

– Try a different combination if you have more than one memory and also try to leave one slot then boot or the other as sometime the problem might be the memory slot.

– You might also want to try this with your video card.

– Try to change also the different parts of your computer with the CPU being the last one.

Hello Deep Blue,

I have ever experienced that kind of an error, called the memory dump error, before but it was solved once I restarted my computer system.

The error may be caused by a number of reasons including memory overflow or maybe the memory has been placed badly in the slot, the RAM may be containing an address that has not been specified and so forth. It may also be caused by bad location of the hard drive.

To fix the problem, you will be required to perform a scandisk operation so as to locate all possible causes to the problem on the hardware, check if you need to increase the RAM capacity since the error could be caused by RAM overloading.

But in most cases, the memory dump error disappears once the system is restarted.

Hi Dear,
Thanks that you have asked one more.
Dear this error has two major causes.
Physical Memory dump error takes place when RAM is out of order or when hard disk having some problems with it.
The blue screen error called Fatal Error.
You have to take these steps.
Open the case of your computer and Clean it via Blower. Remove all Rams And Hard Disk to clean.
After dusting, run system again after attaching all hardware back to the system. Mostly such problems recover by only dusting.
If you see it again check your RAM, is it ok? Not heating up more or any damage if?
Then check your hard disk, windows is in perfect state? Any corruption in windows files?
If yes Reinstall windows.
Your problem will be solved. Thanks
