How can I convert Mac MP4 to Tivo?

Hallo there!

I have several MP4 files in my Mac computer and I would like to convert them to Tivo without any loss of quality of video or audio. Is there an inbuilt application to convert Mac MP4 to Tivo? If not, which application can I best use to fix this? Since I have several of them, a batch converter would do for me in this case. Thanks a bunch.
