Hi guys,
I want to add sound card in my windows 2000 can anybody here tell me how to add sound card I'm not even sure my windows already has a sound card or not.Please tell me how to check whether your PC has sound card or not in Windows  2000 and if it is not there already how to add it and which sound card best suits my windows 2000 pc.Please this help would be a favour to me please help

How to add sound card to my Windows 2000?
Hello,
Sound cards are the part of the hardware, you have nothing to do with the operating system. If you wish to add a sound card to your PC, you have to make the change from your CPU box. Here’s how you’ll install, remove sound card on your PC.
After installing, you have to install the appropriate driver to make the sound system work. Check the manufacturer of your sound card and get the driver from their website.
After installing, you should have got your sound card working. You don’t need to make any changes with Windows 2000, except installing the driver.
