Why is my Google nexus 9 hanging? I downloaded an app from Google play, while installing the app the shutdown. I restarted the device, but whenever the device finish loading, it always hangs. How do I make the device to stop hanging? Should I report the behavior to the app vendor?

Hello Joseph H Higuchi,  I think you have install the app from untrusted source.you should immediately uninstall the app and try to get it from trusted sources. You should never install any app from untrusted source as it may lead to hang problem in your device. Be it in mind always.

After that select All by using the power button mobile will be formatted.
After that select the reboot.
