HTC one m8 stuck on htc booting logo

I just got my HTC one m8 for sprint and I was asked to update to the android 4.4.4. I proceeded with the install and when I restarted my device it was stuck on the HTC logo screen. I tried the power button but it is not responding. What can I do?

Something must went wrong during the sprint , so I hope you have made a backup , just re-run the backup  which you have made earlier and check for the HTC sync Manager to be in full working condition. If it is in full working condition then there must not be a problem and your device should work properly.
