Having trouble playing a Netflix Silverlight movie

Hello,

I am unable to get my Netflix Silverlight movie to play on my PC. I have the software installed on my PC but I am not getting the prompt to start the movie. I keep getting this message "Already installed".

Having trouble playing a Netflix Silverlight movie

Hello Jmnds,

Here is some steps to follow to manually clean up a broken Sliverlight installation. If you are getting an error message here's what you need to do.

• You will first need to uninstall the previous Silverlight that was unsuccessful.
• Next you will need to make sure your device is compatible with Silverlight.
• Then you will download Silverlight.
• Windows Internet Explorer the system will prompt you to either run or save the installation file (Silverlight exe.).
• Click on RUN to start downloading.
• Mozilla Firefox Save Silverlight.exe to your hard disk.
• Once finish downloading Click OPEN.
• Windows Vista will ask for security permission to continue.
• Then click on INSTALL NOW once you have reviewed the license agreement and privacy statement.
• It would be best to restart your system.
• Once your rebooted your system you can use Silverlight.
