AutoCAD warning message while trying to launch

Hi David,

Here’s a solution I found from AutoCAD support. The issue you got is pertaining to AutoCAD’s search path contains a windows shortcut (LNK file) with a non-existing target.

This might have occurred after you did the Office installation. This might have altered some files associated to AutoCAD. In most cases as well the problem is caused by the Add-A-Plot Style table wizard.ink file contained in the printer configuration search path.

The target of this shortcut points to styshwiz.exe file.

To fix this check the contents of the paths configured in the Options Dialog Box especially the plotter configuration search path.

Verify that all LNK files points to the existing target files. The Add-A-Plot Style Table Wizard.lnk file should point to the styshwiz.exe file located in the AutoCAD 2007 or AutoCAD LT 2007 installation folder.
