Having RJ-45 Cable Signal Problems till I reboot

Since I was having problems with RJ-45 Cable, I chose a different one to use, but the problems sustained. I can see a signal of yellow triangle consisting a black exclamatory sign in the taskbar as I plug it into my WildBlue modem and Lan input of my PC. I can find the red X symbol as always, on unplugging the cable from any one side. Although I have all the latest drivers of LAN for the board, a strange thing happens which is; the problem does not prolong as I reboot the PC. I got to see that black exclamation mark with a yellow triangle around it several times, yet I was connected to the internet few times though I wasn’t in most of the times. I am using Windows7 Home Premium. Please give me some ideas regarding this problem. Your precious ideas are highly valued to me. Thank you.

Hi Ashleylopez,

Is your computer connected directly to a modem or to a router? If it is connected to the router, can you bypass it, then connect to the modem? Can you check if the issue is replicating? If it is not, most likely you may have a bad router. You may need to reset it or have it changed. If you are still experiencing the issue even after bypassing the router, you may need to check if your Internet light on the modem is blinking when issue occurs. If it does, can you try to reboot the modem and try to unplug it from the Port?
