Got an error while generating Crystal Reports in Peachtree Accounting System

Hi Experts,

I was testing and generating a Crystal Report in our Peachtree Accounting System when I got this error message. 

Crystal Reports for Peachtree

Error detected by database DLL.

I wasn’t sure what it meant.  I went to this forum since I tried the Sage forum and couldn’t find any answer. 

Any expert who can help me solve the error?

Got an error while generating Crystal Reports in Peachtree Accounting System

Most dll errors are as a result of problems with the registry entries, and therefore the registry entries of the peachtree accounting system that you are using may be corrupt or having some kind of problem. Try the following to fix the problem:

1. Try running a registry entry error fix application and see if the problem will be solved. I will recommend for you ccleaner, an application that you can get for free online. Just search for it using google,download and install it and use it to fix the registry problems the application you have installed might be having.
2. The second workaround will be to uninstall the peachtree accounting system and then install it afresh. If you have saved the files that you had created using the system properly then they should not be affected. But I will recommend that you make a backup of the database first.
