Good input software on mobile phone

The keyboard on my mobile phone has been squeaking. I am afraid that one day this would just not function and fail me.

Does anyone know of a good input software keyboard for my phone.

It is a Nokia N97.

Good input software on mobile phone

It is good that you have raised a concern very early before things get out of hand. The squeaking of your phone might not be such a big cause of alarm since we all know that moving devices experience friction. Therefore you should not be in such a rush of looking for alternative ways.

There are many websites that have hosted virtual keyboard applications for N97.However, all the virtual keyboard apps I have seen around are not validated by Nokia or any manufacture so you should be advised that you are using it at your own risk.

I would remind you that since the N97 is a slide phone, the worst that can happen is damage of the fiber connecting to the keyboard. Such a spare part is locally available and the service will only cost you a “bucks” at the nearest phone repair or Nokia support shop.
