Free arcmap data base download

Hello all.

I need to create and operate data sets to include some different information. For example, the mamps in ArcMaps usually has features like scale bars, titles, legends, north arrows, etc.

I need a packaged that contains a style set of these features.

 

Can I find a legally free copy of ArcMap database for this?

 

A detailed guide on how to do such thing would be very helpful as well.
