Font Error while opening PDF File

Hello,

Here I received a PDF file and as soon as I open it I get the following message: Unable to find or create the font Futura-IKQDNV +-H Heavy-Identity. It may be that some characters display incorrectly or poorly printed.

This is the case.

I feel that the Futura is charged, is there a way to read this PDF file without this famous font

Impossible de trouver ou de creer la police ArialMT. II se peut que certains caracteres s’affichent mal ou s’impriment mal.

Hello Hazelwlee,

The message is about the font ArialMT. It’ll be better if you install the font. Otherwise you’ll face the same problem if you always try to open this kind of file.

On the other hand you can try this way also. Just convert the PDF to word file and try to open it. I hope this will solve your problem.

Good Day.

Hello Hazelwlee,

The error message you are receiving is "Unable to find or create the font ArialMT. It may be that some characters display incorrectly or poorly printed." This error appears when the document was written in any special font and if someone else tries to open it who does not have the same font installed in the system. The solution is simple and straight forward.

1. Download the font ArialMT.

2. Extract the files in the windows fonts folder and install there.

3. Open the document again.

You will see no error again.
