Folder explorer copy free download failed at 99%.

I have windows 7 installed and last night my folder explorer copy free download failed at 99% because my antivirus disconnected internet. I tried many times, but it will stop at 99%. Does anybody know the cause of this issue and how to rectify this? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Before you repeat the procedure you have done last night, make sure that your antivirus is updated with latest registry and virus signature list. Scan your entire system for possible virus infections. Then make sure that there is no conflict files with your folder explorer copy free download. Then proceed with the steps you have done with this activity.

Hello Minty,

The download could be stopping at 99 percent because of a number of reasons. The following are the reasons:

• Your internet download speed might be too slow and therefore the explorer copy that you are downloading cannot be able to finish successfully. You will need to troubleshoot problems with slow internet connection. Check to ensure that the network cables are not loose or disconnected. You can also try restarting the router to refresh the network settings.
• The download manager that you are using might be the one having issues. I will therefore suggest that you try using alternative download managers, for instance Internet Download Manager.
