Fixing The 0x80028ca0 Type Mismatch Error

In Windows 10, when I try to copy libraries, I get an error code 0x80028ca0: Type Mismatch. How to rectify the error? Can anyone help?

Fixing The 0x80028ca0 Type Mismatch Error

This error is removed in the next update by Windows. So if you want to fix this error you can update it by opening the start menu -> searching for the keyword ‘Windows Update’ and opening the windows update wizard. Continue with the update, and restart. You will have no problem with copying the libraries. If you cannot update, and you wish to copy the files then follow these steps –

1. Create the directory in which you want to copy if it doesn’t exist.
2. Go to the library which you want to copy then select the files.
3. Instead of using the Ctrl + C, press right-click and select copy.
4. Go to the destination folder and press right-click and paste.
