SFC reports corruption that can not be resolved. DISM reports that the parts store is corrupt. I tried a clean boot without changing the error as soon as I try to install. I tried to modify the update catalog but shows error 0x80242006 when I try to install it. Please help!

You must be able to try first to achieve the following:

1. Your laptop must be capable of being disconnected from a video disk drive or flash drive.

2. You want to transfer the latest ISO file from Win Ten.

3. You want to copy the ISO file to a replacement video diskette.

4. You should back up your laptop system on an external device and so on
Place your laptop on the backup media to install your previous system in case of disaster.

5. You should be familiar with CHKDSK / r to fix problems with the Winchester drive. I had to try it.

6. The installation of Win Ten is fast. You will be asked to provide different IDs and passwords.

7. During installation you will be asked for your network name and password.

8. One last note before the actual installation: This installation is not stored mechanically Your applications and folders. However, the installation can generate a replacement file, c: \ windows.old may be a capture of your previous system. You will fill up all the files you would like from this windows.old folder. You need to install your apps.

9. Currently for installation.

10. Place your ISO file or ISO flash drive in an acceptable device and power the device on / off and enable the boot from DVD / flash drive as acceptable. I used on my laptop the key (really every key) to force BOOT from the video disk drive.

11. The installation method starts and many screens display normal replies required.

12. In the Windows Setup screen, choose Install Now. Select “No Key” on the screen that asks for the Windows key. On the OS screen, select Windows Ten Home. On what sort Install screen select “Custom”. Wherever the screen should be displayed I used “drive zero, partition a pair of HP” to force the install on C: alternative screens should be obvious!

13. The remainder of the installation will continue until completion. Variety of Reboots can occur and your installation should finally be completed
