Solution-1
This problem might arise if you are trying to install an application which is already installed on your PC. Try checking the same.
Solution-2 Try install the application to a folder which is not encrypted.
Solution-3 Install the application only to a drive which is not accessed as a substitute drive.
In your screenshot, it appears you are installing a program for your mouse or keyboard. And as indicated by the dialog, Microsoft Windows detects that you are installing a program not designed for the current system. When installing any application, whether a driver or just an ordinary program, always check if your computer meets the requirements.
If the program you are installing is a download, on the download page, look for its system requirements. If the driver is from a CD that came with your device, check the packaging of your device for the program’s system requirements. It is very important that you check this because this determines the usability of your device.
If the program is not compatible with your computer, you will not be able to use the keyboard or mouse. If this is the case, visit the manufacturer’s website and look for a driver designed for your computer.
